Kilbroney Forest Park

The parkland sweeps down to the shore of Carlingford Lough with Slieve Martins shadow behind. There are many walks within the spacious parkland which extend into Rostrevor forest that rises sharply from 30m to 500m above sea level.

A forest drive offers panoramic views over Carlingford Lough with the view from the famous Cloughmore Stone particularly worth the effort. The forest is also home to a wide variety of wildlife from grouse and Irish jays to pine martins, red and grey squirrels, foxes and badgers.
